Key note: Abstract
Trust in the Process: Collaborative Practices in Communities
Collaborative and Dialogical Practices, being a philosophical stance, invite us to facilitate processes wherever our professional life takes us. So when we are working with marginalized communities, on issues of addiction, people questioning their sexuality, couples dealing with infidelity, corporations and organizations that want to work in a more cohesive manner, these practices allow us to invite multiple voices and possibilities.
