Workshop Jim Wilson 2016

Workshop 2016 Jim Wilson (UK)

The Narativ group and ISZ-MC Prague organize a workshop

February 19-20, 2016 Brno

Humanising Practices:
creativity and companionship in
working with children, their families, and networks

with Jim Wilson, Consultant Family and Systemic Psychotherapist

„Dialogue cannot exist without humility.“

Paulo Freire

„Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out.“

Vaclav Havel

This workshop will aim to discuss and present ideas and practices to enhance practice in all its creative possibilities with children families and other professionals. Creativity is a joint endeavour and “aliveness” is both a precursor to, and product of, effective therapy.

The workshop will aim to provide opportunities to:

  • broaden practice repertoires and skills in child focused family practice and therapy
  • expand personal style as a practitioner/therapist
  • provide a theoretical/philosophical orientation to keep practice alive!
